Wake Tech's Spring graduation ceremonies are set for 8 a.m., 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday on Scott Northern Wake Campus. Family and friends unable to attend in person can watch the ceremonies live online.
The Adult High School and High School Equivalency programs will hold their graduation ceremony at 5:30 p.m. Saturday on Scott Northern Wake Campus. Family and friends can watch it live online as well.
The Computed Tomography Certificate prepares students to use specialized equipment to visualize cross-sectional anatomical structures and aid physicians in the demonstration of pathologies and disease processes. The certificate is a specialty for ARRT-registered radiographers, nuclear medicine technologists or radiation therapists.
Academic and clinical studies prepare technologists to provide patient care and perform studies utilizing imaging equipment, professional communication and quality assurance in scheduled and emergency procedures. Graduates may be eligible to sit for the American Registry exam for Radiologic Technologist Advanced-Level in Computed Tomography. They may find employment in facilities performing these imaging procedures.
